At Justforclocks we understand your home décor and lifestyle needs and thus bring you new designs every day. We offer you best price for products especially hand-picked for you from all over the world; however you need not lose heart.
Return is accepted under the following circumstances:
  • Item Quality Issues
  • Dead on arrival Items
  • Non-Delivery of Items or
  • Incomplete/Incorrect Items being received by buyers.
You just need to give us a call on our customer care helpline +91 98362 56257. We are available on Monday - Saturday (10.30am - 7.00pm), 6 days a week or drop us a mail at [email protected].
 Need to return? Just follow these simple steps:
  • You need to call or e-mail us within 24 hours from the date of delivery
  • Do mention Order number in subject line to help us quickly process your returns
  • Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, un-installed, un-damaged and in saleable condition
  • The original packaging including brand tags should be intact while returning the items
  • All returned items should be packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit
  • Once your return has been authorized, please we will arrange the pickup
  • For all self-shipped returns, please ensure that your shipment reaches our warehouse within 7 days from date of raising the return request
  • The product can be exchanged for another selection, provided goods are received in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse
  • 5% transportation/handling charges will be deducted.
Conditions for cancellation
Cancellations are possible only until the pre-shipping stage; we cannot cancel your order once the item is shipped. Please contact our customer care team to assist you with the same.
How do you return?
You can return the product in the following ways:
  • Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which falls under the service network of our courier partners. The same will be informed by our customer care team member at the time of you activating the return.
All returned products need to clearly bear the consignee address on the return Airway Bill, as given below:
